These yoga sessions are great for anybody wishing to ease themselves back to better health through gentle movement, breathing exercises and relaxation practices.
Nicki’s classes typically start with a gentle warm-up, advance to more physical poses, and end with a short period of meditation. Traditionally yoga is practiced on the floor, however Nicki is able to adapt the session so it can be carried out in a chair for those with less mobility.
