Petersfield boasts a fantastic selection of boutique and independent shops alongside big brands, with coffee shops, restaurants and pubs interspersed amongst them, so you can easily spend a day in town shopping and meeting friends in the relaxed market town environment. Parking is easy with four ground-level car parks from which you can reach all shopping streets within a few minutes walk, whilst the railway station sits at the top of the town, just a few minutes walk from the centre, and buses stop at the station, in town, and also throughout the wider area.

The Square is a focal point, occupied by a general market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, whilst the Farmers Market takes place on the first Sunday of every month, where you can buy fresh food and drink direct from producers from throughout Hampshire. The Square is also used for other festivities and events.
