Once submitted the event details will pass through an approvals process and may take a while before it becomes visible. We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate or offensive submissions.

NB. When supplying images you take full responsibility for the content of those images and confirm that you have the necessary copyright permissions to use them and to display them in the public domain. Furthermore you grant Petersfield Town Council the rights to display those images as it sees fit for promotional purposes. PLEASE TRY TO SUBMIT 1:1 IMAGES WHERE POSSIBLE so they appear best on our What’s On page.

If you are inserting a ‘New Location’, please only submit an image of the location itself, rather than an image of the specific event, as that image will be associated with that location for all future events. An image does not need to be submitted when inserting a new location.

Petersfield Town Council cannot guarantee to display all events about which we are informed.

NB. When completing the form the first field is obviously the Title, the second field is for the main description of your event, and the third field, the Excerpt field, is for a short description of up to 50 words, and appears on the event listing page. Excerpt submissions exceeding 50 words will be edited back without your control. Please continue to complete all relevant form fields before clicking the ‘SUBMIT EVENT’ button at the bottom.
