Head into town and indulge in the candies of yesteryears, from jawbreakers to licorice twists. Why not have take a shopping trip with the kids this summer that will leave them with a smile on their face and a bag full of sweet treasures.

Step into a world of fun and wonder at the Little Leaf Play Cafe! One of Petersfield best known cafes for a reason. Sit back and watch your little ones imaginations come to life in this awesome home away from home, designed just for them! Petersfield has so many wonderful opportunities to get out in nature this summer. With cycle paths and walking trails heading in every direction there is nothing holding you back. Grab the kids and set off whilst the sun is shining and the air is warm.
The Taro
Just a little stroll outside of town is the Taro Leisure center, with their large indoor swimming pools, slides, gyms and multiple different sporting areas there is something for everyone this summer. If you are wanting to tire out your little ones the family swimming session is perfect! Between swimming in the lanes, whirlpool and water slide you can dive in and enjoy their inflatable sessions to tire the little ones out! They have family swimming sessions with waterslides and gallons of fun! They also have a soft play area if splashing isn’t your thing.
The Heath
If you like the idea of getting outside but don’t quite fancy getting wet, The Heath is just as great! This stunning lake, filled with swans, ducks, geese and even terrapins is the perfect spot for a family walk. Enjoy a stroll around the water and woodland and maybe even a cheeky play on all of the climbing frames and swings. Then maybe enjoy a panini and an ice cream at The Plump Duck cafe just by the waters edge! Now the sun is shining the boats are open, jump on and enjoy a row around the water.
Open Air Swimming Pool
Get outside in the sun! The Open Air Pool has re-opened now the weather is warming up so make the most of it while you can. Take a short stroll into town and dive into the family fun.
