About

At The Izaak Walton we are proud of cooking from scratch. Because we are not a chain pub, we are free to choose our own local suppliers and producers, and we work with them to bring you good quality pub grub prepared right here in our kitchen – not brought in from a centralised processing plant or bought from far-off suppliers. // You can come and enjoy our high-quality freshly cooked pub grub, including hand-cut chips, hand-pressed burgers, home-made tartar sauce, homemade Yorkshire puddings, and our homemade gravy. // Where possible we use local South Downs producers, which all adds up to increased support for independent suppliers and lower food miles.
