Set on the edge of the beautiful South Downs the Courtyard Gallery is a small gallery and studio run by three local Hampshire artists.
Established in a converted farm building, the gallery offers vibrant paintings, prints, cards and the opportunity to see the artists at work. Visitors can browse, chat to the artists and discover stunning watercolours from Sue Colyer, evocative landscapes from Freda Line and Barbara Whitbourn’s award-winning abstract landscapes. The artists can also take commissions and they run workshops/courses.
The Courtyard Gallery is dog and child friendly and wheelchair accessible.
Durleighmarsh is a farm and the location also offers a café with home-made food, a farm shop, the barn emporium, a dress shop and a weaver who also deals in antiques, making it a fabulous destination.
Located just north of Petersfield on the A272 and signposted Durleighmarsh and the Barn Emporium – The Courtyard Gallery in the first car park on the left.
